My time at your establishment was nothing short of exceptional, and I believe this is largely due to the warm and welcoming environment you have cultivated. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism by your staff. Their attentiveness and genuine care ensured that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the amenities, and the promptness of service truly exceeded my expectations. I would also like to commend you on the hotel's location. Its convenient proximity to key attractions and the serene surroundings added greatly to the overall experience of my tour. Being able to easily explore the area while knowing I had a peaceful and comfortable place to return to each day made my trip even more memorable. The most important selling point of this underrated hotel is its People. Their staff is the gold mine. I hope they would not change how they treat their guests. Special shoutout to Mubarak. He offered welcome drink when i was at the reception, i felt his sincerity as he was smiling nicely while speaking to me. I went there solo that day, it was my birthday and i just want to rest the whole weekend. When i arrived that evening, they arranged my room with balloons ànd gave fruit basket as gift, which was so unexpected, made my day. Thank you Mubarak and one name in the paper, Abdul if i remember it right. I liked this place better than the overpriced ones. Clean room, location wise its perfect - backside of burjuman mall.. everything i need is there. I hope more people discovers this gem of a hotel.

Our stay was incredible as always! We are coming here for several years. Hotel is near the mall, metro, supermarket ect. On walking distance. It's very central to everything. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for 3 weeks. It has everything you need and very clean. The staff members are very helpfull, friendly and professional. They always help you and provide you with there best service. We would like too thank them all for giving us the feeling like we are at home. Special thanks too: Shams Tabrez, Abdul Salam, Ashfaaq, Nausath, Kasim, Mukbul, Abdul Mansoor, Ilyas and all the others. Very big thumbs-up for these people! In Shaa Allah we will meet again. Salaam!

They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and always greeted me with a warm smile. Their kindness truly made my stay even more enjoyable. My whole family wants to stay there each time they go to Dubai and we have already recommended our family to stay there. It’s indeed two minutes away from BURJUMAN center and the metro and their service is for World Cup … I will stay there again . The beds are very comfortable and the space is great and very clean
